Join Women in Manufacturing (WiM) at Northwood University in Midland, Michigan, for Career Networking!

We are giving back to future leaders through a panel discussion, speed networking between mentors and students, then open networking to conclude. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.

Our panelists have a wide variety of experience throughout their professional careers. Learn where they started, and how their career has changed and evolved leading them to where they are today. Gain a new perspective on "Imposter Syndrome" and how dynamic career paths are.

After the panel discussion, we will break into smaller groups where the students and mentors will have an opportunity to ask open questions regarding interviews, career choices, challenges, etc.

Lastly, we will turn it over to an open networking opportunity to mingle.
