Join us for WiM Southeast Michigan’s 3rd Annual Northern Michigan Plant Tour! Come enjoy the beautiful fall colors while touring three diverse manufacturing facilities up north.

We will start with a tour and leadership chat with TentCraft. TentCraft is an American manufacturer of custom tents, structures, and event products that provides businesses — from small mom-and-pop shops to globally-recognized brands — the visibility and quality they deserve at events across the country. You've probably seen many of their set ups at trade shows in your industry!

We will break for lunch at Little Fleet in downtown TC.

We will pick the tour back up for a tasting, tour, and leadership chat at Moomers. Moomers is a family-owned business overlooking the family dairy farm, where the Plummers share their passion for ice cream and agriculture with area residents and tourists. We are excited to jump into a new manufacturing space, while tasting a few delicious treats!

Our last stop is Cherry Republic for a tour and leadership chat with female leadership from their marketing and HR departments. Cherry Republic celebrates Michigan's Montmorency Tart Cherry through its 200+ cherry-based products including chocolate-covered cherries, BBQ sauces, jams, jellies, salsas, nut mixes, ice cream toppings, baked goods, condiments, soda pop, cherry wine and cherry beer. The company employs approximately 140 year-round workers and has retail stores in Glen Arbor, Traverse City, Ann Arbor, Holland, Frankenmuth, and Charlevoix. Since its inception in 1989, the company has donated $2 million to nonprofits that positively impact the environment and communities throughout Michigan.
We are so excited to tour their facility and get insight into their success and mission from their leadership team! We will end the day with dinner and drinks at Cherry Public House.
