Meet the Panel
Sneha Kumari

Sneha Kumari is a Supply Chain leader with over 12 years of experience driving operational excellence across industries like manufacturing, automotive, home automation, and retail and grocery. She is a Six Sigma-certified professional with a decade of experience leading quality, supply chain, and operational activities. She was recognized as one of the few Operations Women Leaders by McKinsey and Co. for her experience in the field of operations and is recognized as one of the Top 50 women to follow in ERP by SourceDay. She is a huge advocate of Lean and believes in using Lean tools to drive continuous improvement. Apart from this, she loves nerding on Circular economy and ESG initiatives and advocates for the power of Supply Chain in making Circularity happen.


Brion Hurley

Brion Hurley is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Business Performance Improvement. He teaches Lean and Six Sigma classes, facilitates workshops and events, performs statistical analysis, and mentors employees through improvement efforts. He volunteers his time with local nonprofits. He is the author of the “Lean Six Sigma for Good” book series.


Crystal Davis

Crystal Y Davis is the CEO of a boutique consulting and coaching firm, The Lean Coach, Incorporated. The Lean Coach, Inc., a certified minority and women-owned business, provides services to mid-to-large cap companies to develop operational excellence, business resilience, and to transform cultures. She is an ICF-certified leadership coach, known as Your Corporate Confidante to executives and emerging leaders. She has a passion for women working in male-dominated industries and STEM. So much so, she founded DisruptHER™️, a leadership development and coaching program to equip women to THRIVE in these environments. Crystal is a thought leader and sought-after international speaker. She is the host of the Lead Lean, and Your Corporate Confidante show which airs in 183 countries on IBGR.  Network and podcast stations. As well as a host on Supply Chain Now. She has spoken at numerous conferences around the world.


David Crysler

David Crysler is the principal operations consultant at the Crysler Club and host of the Everyday Business Problems Podcast.  Dave utilizes his operations framework to help manufacturing leaders create systems that free them to focus on driving growth and operating with excellence.


Troy Weier

Troy has worked in Aerospace his entire career.  His areas of focus have been quality, logistics, and Diversity and Inclusion.  Quality and Lean go hand in hand because it has always been important for quality professionals to be mindful of Continuous Improvement especially as it relates to processes and process optimization.  Lean is squarely focused on the same topics.  Troy has been involved with most functions within the overall life cycle of the companies he has worked for:  aftermarket, supply chain, logistics, shared services, and operations. 


RaeJean Griffin

With her Master of Science in Industrial Management along with her expertise in Industrial Technology and Industrial Management, RaeJean brings her specific knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies.  This combined with her passion and commitment to helping others learn and develop their skills in these areas brings process improvement to life for her students at the University of Texas at Tyler. 

Her certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and in Supply Chain Management highlight her background in process improvement and supply chain optimization, which are valuable skills in many industries.
