Join us for a free event!
WiM Texas will partner with the Houston Chapter of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and their student chapter, to volunteer at the Houston Food Bank's Portwall Warehouse location. This is a family friendly event, and can include children over six (6).
This is an opportunity to give back to our community in a meaningful way and partner with SME for a great team building time together.
Please Note:
- Registrants will need to create a volunteer profile which will assign them to the WiM/SME team. Angela Thurman will provide the link to registrants via email.
- Minors will also need to complete an individual COVID waiver.
We can't wait to see you there!

1:15 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. | Spend the afternoon in the Foodbank's air conditioned
warehouse sorting and packing donated food items for
delivery
3:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. | Adjourn, having made a lasting memory!
