Women in Manufacturing (WiM) WA and Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI) are partnering to bring you a riveting event and speaker. Kaitlyn Thornton is an influencer who understands the value of generational land. She’s also a fourth-generation orchardist who has a global following and knows a thing or two about building allies. Not only has she connected across borders, but she can demonstrate the advantages of diversity, equity, and inclusion in how she has grown the family business. Join us as Kaitlyn shares five small strategies that can build allyship within an organization and have a powerful effect on connection and collaboration. Following Kaitlyn’s presentation, an engaging sharing of knowledge will be facilitated to learn about each other’s experiences on this allyship topic!
