Nonmembers = $25
Attendees should wear manufacturing appropriate clothing including close toed, slip-resistant shoes and no loose clothing that could get caught in machinery. Fastco will provide hearing and eye protection.
Attendees will take a tour of Fastco Industries and learn about the cold heading process they use to manufacture various different types of fasteners. After the tour, there will be a brief Q&A with the Fastco team to talk about industry challenges they have faced over the years and time for attendees to ask questions.
Fastco Industries is a locally owned cold headed fastener manufacturer, specializing in custom studs, bolts, rivets, pins, and screws. They are located in Walker, MI, and have been manufacturing cold headed fasteners since 1970.
