Meet the Panelists

Rachael Conrad

Vice President and General Manager Service Business at Rockwell Automation

Rachael is Vice President and General Manager for the global Services Business at Rockwell Automation.  This business protects and expands the value promise of Rockwell Automation by bringing depth of expertise and breadth of thinking to help clients around the world see possibilities and transform them into reality. Putting decades of solving complex challenges across industries and geographies to work —helping clients achieve productivity, safety and security, no matter where they are in the lifecycle of their business.

Rachael joined Rockwell Automation in 1997 as a trainee in our Leadership Development Program. Throughout her career, she’s held a variety of roles, across manufacturing operations, product and business management, and sales and marketing. Prior to her current role, Rachael was regional vice president, North America Sales.  With a passion for people, Rachael serves as a sponsor, mentor and coach helping employees define and achieve their career and personal development goals.  Rachael has been recognized for her commitment to manufacturing and her commitment to employee development receiving the following awards; Manufacturing Institute STEP Ahead  (2017), Wisconsin BizTimes Notable Women in Manufacturing  (2022), and the Gold Globee for Female Executive of the Year (2022).


Megan Tzanoukakis

President and CEO at Sussex IM

Megan Tzanoukakis is the President & CEO of Sussex IM Inc., which specializes in custom injection molding, value-add assembly and contract manufacturing. Sussex IM services several diverse markets including the Agriscience, Industrial, Consumer, and Medical markets with their ISO Class 8 Cleanroom.

Megan graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a MS in Accounting.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Supply Chain Professional.  In her previous role as the VP of Supply Chain, Megan improved the use of the ERP system, enhanced capacity planning, and created process efficiencies between customer service, production, purchasing, and warehousing. She has also built the Company’s 3PL business, including an e-commerce fulfillment strategy for multiple medical device customers. Megan has history in plastics that crosses generations. She is passionate about the importance & necessity of plastics in the right applications and is always looking for ways to bring additional value to the Company’s loyal customer base, while maintaining the family culture & values that built Sussex IM into the Company it is today.


Karin Gale

Principal at CLA

Karin serves as a business advisor to middle market businesses and is a member of the Manufacturing and Distribution industry team.

Her experience includes extensive involvement in the planning, supervision, and review of various audit engagements. Throughout her career, Karin has developed a broad range of contacts in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and draws upon this network to facilitate the transition process for her clients. She also has significant experience with transactional diligence.

Karin has more than 30 years of public accounting experience including that of a shareholder with a large local firm and audit manager with a Big Four firm. She has held leadership positions in a number of professional and community organizations and is a past Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award winner and a 2022 Women of Influence recipient.


Elizabeth Anderson 

Director - Operations at Generac

In October 2022 Elizabeth Anderson was promoted to Director – Operations of Generac’s Jefferson, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. She is responsible for providing leadership and direction to facilitate order fulfillment, while driving continuous improvement and employee engagement efforts. Reporting to Elizabeth are managers of Value Stream, Operations Engineering, Product Lifecycle, Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality and Production.  Elizabeth has more than 20 years of leadership experience to her new role. She first joined Generac as a Production Manager in 2018 and most recently served as the Senior Value Stream Manager in Jefferson, where she oversaw air-cooled home standby production
