Why is WiM important to you?
WiM represents the future of manufacturing—a future that’s diverse, inclusive and dynamic. It’s important to me because it actively breaks down barriers for women, providing opportunities, resources and a network that fosters growth. WiM doesn’t just talk about change; it drives it, ensuring women have a seat at every table where decisions are made. It empowers women to lead with confidence, challenges outdated norms and creates pathways for the next generation to thrive. Through friendship, mentorship and education, WiM transforms potential into progress, shaping an industry where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
What is a highlight moment or a favorite memory from your time with WiM?
One of my favorite moments was serving as chair of the WiM Board. Witnessing the growth of the organization firsthand—seeing members step into leadership roles, launch initiatives and support one another—was incredibly fulfilling. Another standout moment was my induction into the Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame. It was both humbling and inspiring to be recognized alongside trailblazing women who have paved the way for the next generation.
How has WiM affected you personally and professionally?
WiM has been a cornerstone in my personal and professional journey. It’s more than just an organization—it’s a community that champions the voices, talents and leadership of women in manufacturing. It’s where I’ve found mentors, built lifelong friendships and experienced the impact of shared purpose. WiM embodies resilience, progress and the belief that we rise by lifting others.
What’s one word that you would use to describe WiM?
