Three ways to grow at WiM West 2021
The Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Association will be heading west (virtually!) in a little over a month as we launch our newest addition to our regional conference series – WiM West 2021! This two-day conference will offer attendees located in the Western region of the U.S. opportunities to learn from regional knowledge experts in manufacturing while creating impactful relationships with peers.
Here are three ways in which you can grow, both professionally and personally by participating in
WiM West on March 11 - 12:
1. LEARN from leaders on important industry topics – from cultivating diversity and inclusion in the workplace, to the evolution of aerospace in the region, to mastering mentorship and so much more! Speakers, including Molly Q. Ford, Vice President, Global Equality Programs at Salesforce, Robin Toth, Director of Aerospace at Washington State Department of Commerce, and Erin Cuellar, Senior Operations Manager at STERIS, will join us for this deep dive to help professionals develop and grow, both personally and professionally!
2. CONNECT with peers across the industry in your region. Participants will enjoy interacting with fellow manufacturing professionals from Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, and other surrounding states throughout the virtual conference. Schedule group or one-on-one appointments to connect with other attendees, grab your drink of choice and participate in the WiM West Virtual Happy Hour, and interact with others throughout each session. You are sure to walk away with some new connections in your region and industry!
