Purpose
Hello and welcome to the WiM Colorado Community of Support (COS) where seasoned professionals will help you navigate the unexpected challenges and questions that you may find as you progress in your career. The program will include virtual meetups with a facilitated discussion topic, as well as a private peer LinkedIn group where you can continue the conversation, share stories, and ask for/offer advice. Through dialogue, personal reflection, and a peer network, your COS will help you through the joys, triumphs, trials and tribulations of your manufacturing career. Whether in Colorado or across the nation - Join Us!
The program is free for WiM members and $5.00 per session for non-members.

Join retired VP of Operations and Supply Chain, Kaye DeLange, for the kick-off of Community of Support Season 2, as she shares her own authentic stories and tips on how to navigate around, through, and from the inevitable failures that happen within a successful career. This session will introduce the concept of the “Failure Bounce” as a meaningful take-away to help when faced with adversity.
